GOURMET TASTES

OUR BEVERAGES

All of the products served in the Neşve Next concept are high quality products. All of our coffees are prepared from qualified coffee beans, an ethical and traceable trade product that scores 80 and above in Q Grader evaluations. The freshness of the coffee is our indispensable condition. For this reason, we roast our products weekly and grind them at the time of order.

Our special tea blend, which is produced from two and a half teas grown in Rize and harvested in May, is among the indispensables of our concept. We offer our guests a wide range of cold beverages made from all natural fruits and hot drinks made from natural materials. Desserts special to Next, cakes and special breads, which are indispensable for beverages, and our delicious sandwiches prepared with local ingredients are also delicious enough to make our guests a Next regular.

FOOD

Neşve Next gives you the opportunity to offer the best croissants in the city. Our croissants prepared with special butter from sourdough dough are baked fresh daily. According to our menu content, it is served with creamy ingredients or presented to our guests as a croissant sandwich. The taste of our croissants will be on the palate of our guests!

In addition, our Gourmet Sandwiches are our satisfying food varieties that our guests can easily choose for every meal. Our sandwiches, prepared using special breads and gourmet ingredients, are delivered frozen to all our branches.

OUR CAKES

Neşve Next offers its guests the best accompaniments of coffee with cakes/pastry and cheesecake varieties, each of which is prepared using top quality materials.

With special butter and real flour prepared, crispy, porous and this is our layered croissants. We are quite ambitious, our Croissants prepared fresh daily and filled with variants upon your request. Especially our brand new product Wheels Croissants are both delicious and make you fall in love with its looks.

BUSINESS MODEL

The Next concept can be designed as self-service or table service, depending on the requirements of the location.

The main purpose in Next’s business model is; minimum investment cost – minimum operating cost – maximum profit.

PROFITABILITY MODEL

The Neşve Next concept is designed to leave you a net profit of at least 35% after clearing all expenses and taxes on your monthly turnover.

This profitability ratio increases in parallel with your turnover and İt goes up to 50%.

INCESTMENT

The franchise participation fee for the Nesve Next concept is 250.000 TL + VAT. This fee will not be requested from our first 10 branches.
The turnkey price for the installation of an area of minimum 150 square meters starts from 2.500.000 TL.
4% participation fee is paid to the centre over the turnover every month. In return, advertising services, training services, product shipping costs are offered to the investor free of charge.

INFORMATIONAL NOTES

Store setup time is maximum 45 days.
The investment plan is determined after the suitable location is found. A transparent offer file containing all items is presented to the investor.
Payment terms are clarified after the investment plan is determined.
All personnel selection and training processes are organized by Neşve Field Teams.
All product supply is centrally provided from Neşve Central Warehouse on a weekly basis.
Neşve, one of Turkey’s largest coffee producers, is committed to offering the most affordable price performance products to its investors.
The billing system of all stores is connected to the center online, and all branches are instantly monitored by Neşve Merkez teams and supported according to the statistics obtained from it.
